I got this idea awhile ago that it would be fun to create covers for my books out o magazine pages. I get a lot of catalogs that have some great eye candy in them, and thought it would be fun to use those.
I knew I would need to apply wax to the pages to stiffen them up a bit, but when I went to iron, something unexpected happened. The heat from the iron started melting away the coating of the paper making a very worn distressed look. This is what I call a happy accident
