I have been wanting to make some business cards specifically for my etsy shop for a while now, but did not have any ideas on what to do. The idea of getting a whole batch of cards printed seemed like a waste of money, so I was using my design business card. The only issue is that my design card does not have the etsy shop on it, so while it was good for cross referencing this site, it was useless as far as promoting my etsy shop. Today, I finally got an idea on what to do. When I make the books, I always have little scraps of paper left over that are nearly useless. I have kept onto them because it seemed wasteful to throw them away, thinking I may make matchstick books out of them someday. However, I got the idea to use these scraps as the business cards, with a small piece attached with my information. I set out to make a small batch of them to see what I thought, and I am in love! They are a bit labor intensive, but not too bad. It probably takes about 1 minute to complete a card. Now that I have a stack ready, I can just throw these in with any orders, or hand them out to promote the shop.
