One of my goals on improving my design, is to learn how to work with texture more. I am always searching around at different inspiration to try to figure out how to utilize simple texture in my designs. I found a tutorial here that I used as the basis of the design. I used a different background texture technique that is a bit more painterly, but the effect is basically the same.
